• Manage project budgets, staffing, scope, and schedules; provide executive reporting.
• Lead and develop Salesforce professional services teams and client engagements.
• Contribute to business development: proposals, pricing, SOWs, and RFP responses.
• Support staff recruitment and leadership across local offices.
