Palo Alto Networks is seeking a seasoned DevOps/SRE engineer to strengthen reliability of our SaaS platform. You will gain cloud experience, manage incidents, implement CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and Helm, and continuously evaluate new technologies to improve operations.

You will participate in an on-call rotation with the DevOps teams and collaborate closely with Engineering to ensure service availability and performance across our cloud environments (GCP/AWS).

Competenze

• 5-7+ years of DevOps/SRE experience with a focus on high reliability.
• Design, deployment and maintenance of SQL and NoSQL databases; Kafka preferred.
• Strong Linux internals knowledge for quick troubleshooting.
• Clear incident and alerts management within SRE practices.
• Cloud proficiency across GCP, AWS or equivalent.
• Docker and Kubernetes for container orchestration.
• Proficiency in Python and Linux shell scripting.
• Terraform for infrastructure as code.
• Security concepts and observability tools knowledge.
• Strong cross-team communication abilities.
