Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business-critical applications in production environments with incident triage and root-cause analysis.
• Hands-on AWS administration and cloud infrastructure experience (EC2, S3, Lambda, CloudWatch, VPCs).
• Strong Linux (RHEL) administration, patching, package management, and shell troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with security, access provisioning, MFA, and vulnerability remediation workflows.
• Experience using ServiceNow, GitLab or GitHub, and Azure DevOps to manage incidents and requests.
• Ability to document processes, communicate risk, and drive follow-through in a controls-focused environment.
• Experience supporting investment accounting, financial reporting, or related regulated platforms.
• Working knowledge of data pipelines, Snowflake concepts, and production data integrations.
• Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes and change management.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support AWS environments across Dev, UAT, and Production.
• Maintain Red Hat Linux and Windows servers, including patching and readiness activities.
• Support global expansion planning, Snowflake integration, and multi-region deployments.
• Provide production support for web reporting interfaces and backend components.
• Monitor health and respond to incidents and operational issues.
• Coordinate resolution across development, infrastructure, accounting, and service desk teams.
• Manage onboarding and access provisioning for internal/external users.
• Support certificate lifecycle management and automation opportunities.
• Create and maintain runbooks, documentation, and standard support procedures.
