Job summary

Wind River is seeking a Senior Outbound Product Manager to lead enterprise software initiatives across private cloud, automation, and analytics. You will drive customer engagement, build roadmaps, and coordinate with engineering, sales, and services to win new business and accelerate adoption in a fast-paced cloud environment.

You will leverage AI/Edge AI capabilities to craft compelling value propositions, while ensuring alignment with revenue targets and market needs.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in enterprise product management.

Responsibilities

Engage with customers and sales to drive RFP responses and roadmap updates.
Align roadmaps and feature requirements with market demand across product lines.
Gather and translate customer requirements into actionable product plans.
Lead cross‑functional teams including engineering, pre‑sales, and services to drive adoption and revenue.
Develop value propositions and collateral for sales to articulate benefits to CXOs.
Collaborate with data science to translate AI capabilities into market-facing benefits.
Manage customer escalations and ensure alignment with annual revenue targets.
