Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company seeks a Cloud Computing Support Lead to act as a senior technical expert for enterprise cloud infrastructure hosting mission-critical workloads in regulated environments. You will design, implement, and operate secure, scalable cloud platforms across major providers, translating requirements into standardized architectures and automation patterns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 8–15 years designing, implementing, and operating enterprise cloud environments.
• Hands-on with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud and production deployments.
• Proficient with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and scripting (Python, PowerShell, Bash).
• Experience leading incident, problem, and change management for critical services.
• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and manage enterprise cloud environments across major providers.
• Translate requirements into scalable cloud architectures and landing zones.
• Implement and maintain IaC and CI/CD pipelines for auditable provisioning.
• Design monitoring and logging to improve reliability and MTTR.
• Apply cloud security best practices in line with regulations.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for cloud incidents.
• Develop standards, SOPs, and runbooks for cloud platforms.
• Mentor engineers on automation, platform capabilities, and reliability.
