Job summary

Delinea is seeking a highly experienced Cloud Engineer to design, maintain, and secure the hosting platform for two global SaaS products. You will build tools and services to streamline operations and advance platform development, applying cloud-native design and progressive delivery practices.

You will lead architecture decisions, drive automation and IaC, and champion observability and cost optimization while ensuring security, compliance, and high availability for a worldwide user base.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in infrastructure, platform, or cloud engineering.
• Experience running Kubernetes in production.
• Strong security/compliance understanding (ISO/IEC 27001, SOC 2, NIST).
• Proven ability to design scalable, secure cloud platforms and collaborate跨-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define and promote cloud-native architectural patterns and ensure adherence across the platform.
• Lead architecture decisions and design reviews; act as escalation for complex problems.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Design, implement, and maintain a secure, scalable infra platform hosting global SaaS services.
• Own SLOs/SLAs and ensure high availability, resilience, and cost optimization.
• Drive observability, monitoring, and capacity planning improvements across infra.
