Job summary

Wolters Kluwer is seeking a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and operate scalable cloud infrastructure and CI/CD pipelines across environments. You will partner with product teams to embed DevOps practices into agile workflows, enabling automated testing and reliable deployments.

The role emphasizes hands-on engineering, mentoring, and the application of SRE principles, with focus on observability, incident response, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, CS, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5+ years in DevOps/SRE/Release Eng or related roles with hands-on software engineering.
• Strong coding in Python, .NET, or Java and cloud platform experience (Azure/AWS).
• Proficient scripting in PowerShell and Bash; solid IaC and CI/CD expertise.
• Experience with Terraform or CloudFormation and CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps/Jenkins.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and operate scalable, secure cloud infrastructure.
• Build, automate, and manage CI/CD pipelines and IaC modules.
• Support microservices, containerized workloads, and cloud-native platforms.
• Mentor peers, promote DevOps culture, and participate in on-call rotations.
• Develop observability with metrics, logging, tracing, and incident response.
