Job summary

CCC Intelligent Solutions seeks a seasoned Platform Engineer to design, deploy, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure across Azure and AWS. You will shape our cloud strategy, enable ML and engineering teams, and optimize spend and performance at scale.

You will implement IaC and CI/CD workflows, mentor engineers, and drive reliability across a federated org. This role includes on-call responsibilities and opportunities to influence platform standards.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in DevOps or Platform Engineering.
• Proven experience with Azure and/or AWS.
• Strong knowledge of cloud infrastructure, networking, and containers.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and IaC (Terraform, Bicep).
• Experience with security tooling and cloud security solutions.
• Ability to translate business challenges into scalable technical solutions.
• Experience with monitoring/observability platforms.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Helm, and ArgoCD.

Responsibilities

• Improve observability across cloud and application environments.
• Establish platform standards and automation for scalability.
• Support engineering and ML teams on cloud-native deployments.
• Implement IaC and CI/CD pipelines (Terraform, Bicep, GitHub).
• Design secure cloud environments following best practices.
• Foster reliability and accountability across the federation.
• Collaborate with CCC teams to deliver scalable solutions.
• Mentor engineers to grow platform capabilities.
• Participate in on-call rotation for health and performance.
