Job summary

CJ, a leader in Performance Marketing, seeks a Senior Software Engineer for the Engineering Experience platform. You will own reliability of multi‑region AWS, Kubernetes, and observability systems, mentor engineers, and shape platform standards with a pragmatic, product‑focused approach.

You will collaborate across teams to improve CI/CD, IaC, and cost observability, while driving resilient, scalable infrastructure and encouraging thoughtful engineering decisions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software or infrastructure engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Deep production experience operating Kubernetes and AWS at scale across regions.

Responsibilities

• Own the reliability and operability of the listed systems.
• Establish and enforce platform standards (RBAC, admission webhooks, resource limits).
• Manage infrastructure-as-code with Terraform across AWS accounts.
• Mentor less‑senior engineers and raise the team's depth in owned components.
