Job summary

NISC is seeking a seasoned software engineer to join the Platform Team and enhance cloud-based services, security solutions, and enterprise APIs. The role focuses on building scalable, secure platform capabilities and driving improvements across the technology stack.

You will collaborate with engineers, architects, and product stakeholders to deliver reliable, enterprise-grade software while leveraging AI tools to boost productivity and innovation.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of software development or infrastructure experience.
• Experience with Java, Springboot, Gradle, Angular.
• Experience with building and running containers (Docker).
• Proficient with Python and Terraform.
• Experience designing RESTful APIs and microservices.
• Knowledge of IAM, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, or SAML.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of secure software development.

Responsibilities

• Develop cloud-native applications and platform services using modern software practices.
• Complete complex software maintenance and enhancements independently.
• Translate advanced user requirements into software designs across multiple areas.
• Build and support identity, authentication, and access management solutions.
• Create, test, and deploy scalable APIs and backend services for enterprise apps and cloud infra.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and product stakeholders to troubleshoot and improve performance.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and problem-solving.
