Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, is seeking a senior Cloud/DevOps engineer to analyze, design, code, and test automated deployment pipelines across multiple applications. You will maintain CD processes on Linux environments and create/update build scripts while enabling full cloud automation and governance.

Responsibilities include leading cloud configurations, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing SME support for cloud strategies, IAM and security.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant work experience; Master’s Degree preferred.
• Professional level cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, OCI, Google Cloud).
• Architect level certification a plus.
• 12+ years of IT experience with a mix of cloud engineering roles.
• 5+ years cloud engineering experience with one or more vendor platforms.
• 5+ years debugging Windows or Linux in admin/support/engineering capacity.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, code, and test deployment pipelines for multiple systems.
• Maintain automated CD processes across Linux environments with scripts.
• Support integration, operation, change management and maintenance of CD tools.
• Develop policies and governance for CD operations across teams.
• Onboard and train developers on source control, CI, test automation, and deployment processes.
• Promote DevOps by automating promotion through Dev/Test, Staging, Production.
• Troubleshoot CI/CD issues and provide SME cloud support across projects.
• Lead cloud service deployment enhancements with cross-functional teams.
• Provide expert guidance on IAM, security groups, and CSP native services.
• Participate in migration planning and infrastructure deployments.
