Job summary

ASM Research, An Accenture Federal Services Company, seeks a senior Cloud Computing Support Lead to design, implement, and operate secure cloud platforms hosting mission-critical workloads in regulated environments.

You will lead incident response, problem management, and optimization for cloud services, mentoring engineers on IaC, containerization, and runbooks across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8–15 years in complex infrastructure or cloud environments.
• Hands-on with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud, including production deployments.
• Expertise with IaC tools and scripting (Terraform, CloudFormation, Python/PowerShell/Bash).
• Experience leading incident, problem, and change management for critical services.
• Ability to obtain Public Trust; U.S. citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Architect, deploy, and manage enterprise cloud environments (Azure/AWS/Google Cloud).
• Translate requirements into scalable cloud architectures and landing zones.
• Implement and maintain IaC and CI/CD pipelines for auditable provisioning.
