FleetPride is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to own end-to-end design and delivery of cloud-native applications built with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Azure. You’ll drive architecture decisions, mentor engineers, and push for secure, high-performance systems in a production environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership across Azure services (Event Hubs, Logic Apps, Cosmos DB) and modern CI/CD practices, with a focus on maintainability, observability, and scalable integration.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in hands-on software engineering with C#/.NET and Azure backend services.
• Own production Azure solutions end-to-end from requirements to support.
• Mentor developers, lead design/code reviews, and enforce best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design and build cloud-native, API-led solutions and microservices.
• Own delivery from design through testing, deployment, and production support.
• Evaluate scalability, security, cost, and observability before implementation.
• Lead with accountability, create reusable patterns, and drive AI-assisted SDLC adoption.
• Collaborate with product, security, data, and support teams and participate in on-call.
