Job summary

FleetPride in Irving, TX seeks an experienced Senior Software Engineer to own end-to-end Azure/.NET architecture across APIs, services and data integration. You will design, build, and secure scalable systems, mentor teams, and drive AI-assisted SDLC practices with rigorous review.

The role focuses on hands-on engineering, architecture leadership, and collaboration with product, security, and deployment teams to ensure production readiness and maintainability.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on software engineering with C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core and Azure backend/integration services.
• Proven end-to-end ownership of production Azure solutions, from requirements to deployment and support.
• Experience with cloud-native, microservices, event-driven architectures, and distributed systems.
• Mentor developers, conduct design/code reviews, and lead through ambiguity.
• Proficiency with automated testing, Azure DevOps CI/CD, Git, Infrastructure as Code, containers, and observability.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on ownership of design, build, test, deploy, and support of Azure-based components.
• Lead technical discovery, create technical stories, acceptance criteria, and data mappings.
• Own delivery from design through production validation and support transition.
• Architect Azure/C#/.NET solutions and establish engineering standards.
• Mentor engineers, drive reusable patterns and reliable integration components.
• Champion AI-assisted SDLC practices with validation and testing.
