Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer to join its high-growth environment and scale cloud partnerships with a focus on joint go-to-market activities with AWS and GCP. You will enable partner success through education, enablement, and hands-on engagement for solutions architects and technical teams.

Responsibilities include demos, training, and collaboration with internal teams to drive joint opportunities, traveling up to 50% for partner events.

Qualifications

6+ years in pre-sales or solution architecture, ideally in observability.
Strong experience selling SaaS software across NORAM.
Proven use of MEDDIC or similar qualification frameworks.

Responsibilities

Partner with Channel and Field Sales to convey Grafana’s vision to cloud partners.
Lead technical engagement to drive deal progression and close opportunities.
Deliver product demos, presentations, and enablement sessions.
Develop and deliver training for solutions architects and technical teams.
Represent Grafana Labs through technical talks, webinars, and partner events.
Create reference architectures and demos showing Grafana Cloud value with cloud services.
Track partner readiness and progress of joint opportunities.
