Job summary

Grafana Labs is seeking a Senior Partner Solutions Engineer to scale cloud partnerships with a focus on AWS and GCP. The role involves enablement, education, and support for partner events, with up to 50% travel. You’ll work with CSPs to position Grafana capabilities and drive joint go-to-market activities.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in pre-sales or solution architecture, proven SaaS sales experience in NORAM, and familiarity with MEDDIC frameworks. Remote, global collaboration expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in pre-sales or solution architecture.
• Strong experience selling SaaS software across NORAM.
• Demonstrated use of MEDDIC or similar qualification frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Channel Sales and Field Sales to convey Grafana’s vision to cloud partners.
• Lead technical engagement with partners to drive deal progression and close opportunities.
• Deliver product demos, technical presentations, and hands-on enablement sessions.
• Develop and deliver training for solutions architects and technical teams.
• Represent Grafana Labs through technical presentations, live demos, webinars, and regional partner events.
