Job Responsibilities

As a member of our Cloud Services team reporting to the Cloud Services Manager, you will contribute to our transformation from a monolithic architecture to a microservices architecture. You will support the application tier in our private and public cloud data centers, improve the reliability and delivery of our products through automation and auto-remediation, and ensure issues are resolved efficiently and sustainably. You will participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available)

Preferred Qualifications

• 5+ years managing web servers and infrastructure
• Experience building automated solutions for resiliency and self-healing
• Ability to analyze packet captures with tools like Wireshark
• Public Cloud experience: Microsoft Azure and/or AWS
• Experience with open source technologies and cloud services: Kubernetes, Docker, Spacelift, Terraform, Chef, Puppet, Ansible
• Operations technologies: IIS 10, Windows Server, Linux, PowerShell, Bash, Python
• Networking and application understanding: IPv4/IPv6, FTP, HTTP, SSL/TLS, HTML, XML, load balancing
• Knowledge of .NET, Redis, Consul
• Monitoring services: Elastic, PRTG, Dynatrace
• Content delivery networks: Akamai or similar
• Tools: OpsGenie, PagerDuty, F5 LTM, Azure Load Balancer
