Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

As a member of our Cloud Services team reporting to the Cloud Services Manager, you will contribute to our transition from a monolithic to a microservices architecture. You will support application tiers in private and public cloud data centers, improve product reliability through automation and auto-remediation, ensure efficient issue resolution, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• 5+ years managing web servers and infrastructure.
• Experience building automated, resilient, and self-healing solutions.
• Ability to analyze network traffic with tools like Wireshark.
• Public Cloud experience: Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
• Open source and cloud technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, Spacelift, Terraform, Chef, Puppet, Ansible.
• Operations technologies: IIS 10, Windows Server, Linux, PowerShell, Bash, Python.
• Networking knowledge: IPv4/IPv6, FTP, HTTP, SSL/TLS, HTML, XML.
• Application clustering/load balancing expertise.
• Knowledge of .Net, Redis, and Consul.
• Monitoring services: Elastic, PRTG, Dynatrace.
• Content delivery networks: Akamai or similar.
• Tools: OpsGenie, PagerDuty, F5 LTM, Azure Load Balancer.

Base salary ranges from $113,600 to $170,400, with a 5% target bonus. Actual pay depends on skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
