Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

As a member of our Cloud Services team reporting to the Cloud Services Manager, you will contribute to our transition from a monolithic architecture to a microservices architecture. You will support application tiers in private and public cloud data centers, improve system reliability through automation and auto-remediation, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• 5+ years managing web servers and infrastructure.
• Experience building automated, resilient, and self-healing applications.
• Ability to analyze packet captures with tools like Wireshark.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and/or Amazon Web Services.
• Proficiency with open source technologies and cloud services such as Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Chef, Puppet, Ansible, IIS 10, Windows Server, Linux, PowerShell, Bash, Python, and others.
• Knowledge of network protocols, application clustering/load balancing, Redis, Consul, monitoring tools, CDN services, and process automation tools like OpsGenie and PagerDuty.
• Experience with load balancers (F5 LTM, Azure Load Balancer).

The base salary ranges from $113,600 to $170,400 annually, with a target bonus of 5%. Actual compensation depends on skills, education, and experience.
