Job Description

Your Responsibilities:

As a member of our Cloud Services team reporting to the Cloud Services Manager, you will contribute to our transition from a monolithic to a microservices architecture. Your role includes supporting application tiers in private and public cloud data centers, improving reliability through automation and auto-remediation, and resolving issues efficiently. The position involves participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

The Essentials - You Will Have:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).

The Preferred - You Might Also Have:

• 5+ years managing web servers and infrastructure.
• Experience building automated, resilient, self-healing applications.
• Ability to analyze network packet captures (e.g., Wireshark).
• Public Cloud experience: Microsoft Azure and/or AWS.
• Open source and cloud technologies: Kubernetes, Docker, Spacelift, Terraform, Chef, Puppet, Ansible.
• Operations technologies: IIS 10, Windows Server, Linux, PowerShell, Bash, Python.
• Networking and application load balancing knowledge.
• Knowledge of .Net, Redis, Consul, monitoring tools, CDN services, OpsGenie, PagerDuty, load balancers.

The base salary ranges from $113,600 to $170,400, with an annual target bonus of 5%. Actual pay depends on skills, knowledge, education, and experience.
