Job summary

AvidXchange seeks a Senior Network Engineer to lead design and optimization of networking across Azure, AWS, and on-premise data centers. You will guide architects, implement scalable cloud and physical networks, and mentor peers while ensuring security and cost efficiency.

Work will involve SD-WAN, cloud firewalls, load balancers, and collaboration with security teams to maintain robust, compliant networking for the enterprise.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years in network engineering across cloud and on-prem environments.
• Experience designing secure, scalable, high-performing networks.
• Hands-on with IaC tools (Terraform or CloudFormation).

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable network architectures across public clouds and on-prem infrastructure.
• Enhance security posture of multi-cloud environments with segmentation and encryption.
• Collaborate with security and architecture teams to remediate gaps.
• Lead incident response and root-cause analysis for networking issues.
• Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing.
• Manage multi-cloud networking environments and ensure uptime.
