Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer to design, develop, and deploy cloud-native, microservices-based applications powering personalized member experiences. You will lead the full software lifecycle, mentor peers, and work with Architects and Product teams to translate business needs into scalable, high-quality software.

The role emphasizes event-driven architectures, modern tech stacks, and exposure to AI technologies, with opportunities to influence technical direction

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience with Node.js, JavaScript, Spring Boot and TypeScript.
• 3+ years of experience building and deploying cloud-based solutions (GCP, AWS or Azure).
• 2+ years of experience with Angular, Flutter or React; 2+ years of microservices-based applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and implementation of cloud-native, microservices-based applications.
• Architect scalable solutions with event-driven architecture and modern tech stacks.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into maintainable software.
