Job summary
CVS Health is seeking a Staff Software Development Engineer to lead and contribute as an individual contributor on a next-generation platform. You will work across teams to drive delivery excellence, implement scalable Java microservices in the cloud, and participate in architecture discussions while mentoring junior developers.

Qualifications
- 7+ years of enterprise solution delivery in a large-scale environment.
- 5+ years of Java development experience.
- 5+ years with cloud initiatives and microservices.
- 3+ years of CI/CD automation experience.
- 3+ years in Agile development.
- 2+ years of Generative AI / AI experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable solutions meeting business requirements.
- Contribute to solution design discussions with architects and engineers.
- Provide input on performance, Feasibility, and scalability considerations.
- Participate in code reviews and uphold coding standards.
- Coordinate with team members and stakeholders for alignment.
- Mentor junior developers and share knowledge across the team.
