Job summary

Verra Mobility Corporation is seeking a Senior Software Developer to design, develop, modernize, and support enterprise applications across modern and legacy stacks. Lead cloud-native projects with C#, .NET, React, microservices, and REST APIs, while mentoring engineers and raising standards.

You will modernize legacy apps in .NET Framework and ASP.NET, apply SOLID principles, and collaborate with Product and Tech leads in an Agile environment to deliver scalable solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering (or equivalent experience).
• Typically, 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Strong experience designing and developing full-stack enterprise applications.
• Demonstrated ability to independently take complex requirements from analysis to deployment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with Agile project methodologies is a must.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, secure applications using C#, .NET Core, REST APIs, React, microservices, and micro frontend architectures.
• Translate business requirements into technical designs, APIs, services, components, data models, and integration solutions.
• Apply SOLID principles, clean architecture, and design patterns to minimize coupling.
• Build and deploy cloud-native applications with CI/CD, containers, and monitoring.
