Job summary

Verra Mobility is seeking a Senior Software Developer to design, develop, modernize, and support enterprise applications across modern and legacy stacks. You will build cloud-native apps with C#, .NET Core, REST, React, and microservices while mentoring the team to raise engineering standards.

The candidate should have 10+ years of professional software development, strong full-stack experience, and a solid grasp of SOLID principles, design patterns, and AI-assisted development tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering (or equivalent).
• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Experience designing and developing full-stack enterprise applications.
• Ability to take complex requirements from analysis to production deployment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in Agile environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable, secure enterprise apps using C#, .NET Core, REST APIs, and React.
• Translate requirements into technical designs, APIs, services, and data models.
• Apply SOLID, clean architecture, and domain modeling principles.
• Build cloud-native solutions with CI/CD, containers, and observability.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to engineering standards.
