Job summary

Tangram Flex in Dayton, OH seeks a Senior DevSecOps / Platform Engineer to lead cloud-native platform infrastructure, secure CI/CD pipelines, and DoD compliance initiatives. You will architect and scale build environments, drive cATO readiness, and mentor engineers across security-focused DevOps practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in software deployment, cloud platform engineering, DevOps, or DevSecOps in enterprise environments.
• Active security clearance or ability to obtain Top Secret/SCI.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and optimization of enterprise CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI or alternatives.
• Architect GitOps workflows with FluxCD/ArgoCD for multi-cluster management.
• Establish automated security gates, SBOM, and vulnerability scanning across pipelines.
