Vultr is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end data center infrastructure turn-up from hardware to production. You will orchestrate compute, networking, storage and GPU setups, ensuring a scalable, reliable, high-performance platform.

This role sits within the Engineering organization, collaborating with multiple technical teams. You will drive OS deployment, firmware updates, and cluster management while coordinating cross-functional efforts to meet tight deadlines and

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large-scale infrastructure deployments or data center turn-ups
• SDLC expertise demonstrated across complex programs
• Familiar with AI accelerators (NVIDIA, AMD) and high-speed GPU interconnects
• Strong knowledge of data center networks (BGP, leaf-spine), Linux, and distributed storage
• Proven ability to manage dependencies, testing, and deadlines
• Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder alignment

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end hardware turn-up to production readiness.
• Coordinate OS, firmware, BIOS, hypervisor, and cluster management deployments.
• Bridge Software, Network, Storage, and Infra teams to align delivery.
• Improve cluster turn-up reliability and automation; drive durable fixes.
• Define requirements with engineers; shape backend features for stability and scale.
