Job summary

Qualifications

• Formal training or certification on Infrastructure engineering concepts and 5+ years applied experience.
• Deep knowledge of cloud infrastructure and multiple cloud technologies with the ability to operate in and migrate across public and private clouds.
• Familiarity with incident, change, and problem management processes.

Responsibilities

• Applies technical expertise to projects of moderate scope.
• Drives a workstream or project across infrastructure technologies.
• Architects and implements changes to modernize technology and resolve issues.
• Supports 24/7 on-call coverage through a distributed team across time zones.
• Collaborates with global colleagues and manages stakeholder relationships per SLAs.
