Job summary

Otava is seeking an Implementation Engineer to lead the technical execution of customer implementation projects across cloud, infrastructure, backup, disaster recovery, networking, and security solutions.

You will deploy, configure, validate, and document customer environments while ensuring projects are delivered on time and according to design, collaborating with Manager of Implementation, Solutions Engineering, Technical Services, and Customer Success teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years implementing enterprise infrastructure solutions.
• Experience with managed services, hosting, or cloud providers.
• Hands-on experience implementing customer environments.
• Experience working on customer-facing technical projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute customer implementation projects according to approved Statements of Work.
• Install, configure, migrate, and validate cloud and infrastructure solutions.
• Perform implementation activities for compute, storage, networking, backup, disaster recovery, and security services.
• Participate in project kickoffs and technical planning sessions.
• Ensure implementation milestones are completed on schedule.
