Otava seeks an experienced Implementation Engineer to drive the technical execution of customer projects across cloud, storage, DR, networking, and security. You will deploy, configure, validate, and document environments while coordinating with Engineering, Technical Services, and Customer Success to ensure on-time delivery.
The role emphasizes lifecycle support from implementation through operational handoff, with opportunities to optimize deployment processes and introduce automation.
The Implementation Engineer is responsible for the technical execution of customer implementation projects across OTAVA’s cloud, infrastructure, backup, disaster recovery, networking, and security solutions.
Working closely with the Manager of Implementation, Solutions Engineering, Technical Services, and Customer Success teams, this role deploys, configures, validates, and documents customer environments while ensuring projects are delivered on time and according to design.
The Implementation Engineer serves as a technical resource throughout the implementation lifecycle and provides a smooth transition from project delivery into ongoing operations.
