Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years implementing enterprise infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with customer-facing projects.
- Experience with managed services, hosting, or cloud providers.
- Strong documentation and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Execute customer implementation projects per approved statements of work.
- Install, configure, migrate, and validate cloud and infrastructure solutions.
- Configure compute, storage, networking, backup, DR, and security services.
- Maintain accurate implementation documentation and runbooks.
- Coordinate with Engineering teams to resolve issues.
- Engage with customers and manage project status and risks.
