Job summary

Green Brick Partners is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to support our Cloud and Technology Solutions stack within the Information Technology department. You will mature the Cloud Technology Program and help develop policies, standards, and controls for infrastructure governance.

Collaboration with IT and other departments will drive overall program maturity. The role requires handling Windows and cloud-based environments, AD/Office365, and security tooling, with on-call rotation and

Qualifications

• Education: Degree in IT related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5-7 years of relevant enterprise IT experience.
• Certifications are a plus.
• Experience with on-premises and cloud IT infrastructure is expected.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical expert and first escalation point for daily operational activities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot performance issues across Windows and cloud-based architectures.
• Maintain VMware ESXi and Rubrik storage environments.
• Manage Active Directory and Office 365 services across on-prem and cloud.
• Coordinate infrastructure deployments and changes per ITSM processes.
• Contribute to knowledgebase for IT infrastructure.
