Job summary

Tier4 Group seeks a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to design, deliver, secure, and support enterprise infrastructure across on‑prem, cloud, data center, and branch sites. You will serve as a senior technical lead for Microsoft technologies, networking, virtualization, identity, and cloud integration, ensuring systems are current, resilient, and aligned with standards.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field or equivalent experience.
5+ years of progressive enterprise infrastructure experience.
Experience leading migrations, cloud integrations, cross-functional projects.
Preferred certifications: CCNA/CCNP, Microsoft, Azure, VMware, ITIL.

Responsibilities

Lead architecture, selection, deployment, and optimization of enterprise infrastructure.
Act as senior technical lead for Microsoft identity, cloud, security, and infra tech.
Design and manage LAN/WAN, SD-WAN, routing, switching, VPN, firewall, and wireless.
Troubleshoot, monitor performance, capacity planning across networks, systems, and cloud.
Own carrier operations, circuit provisioning, outages, SLA tracking, and billing validation.
Administer Windows Server, VMware, storage, backup, and DR/BC capabilities.
Plan, deliver directory integrations for cloud IaaS/SaaS and hybrid identity.
Use PowerShell and automation to improve deployment, patching, and management.
Collaborate with Cybersecurity to remediate vulnerabilities and harden config.
Support Intune/Autopilot, MFA, conditional access, and endpoint policies.
Document infrastructure in SharePoint knowledge base; keep it current.
Travel to branch locations for deployments and refreshes as needed.
Mentor team, promote inclusive collaboration, and share knowledge.
