Rad AI is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and operate robust, scalable cloud systems. You’ll guide infrastructure across AWS, Kubernetes, and serverless components while collaborating with ML, data science, and product teams to align platform vision with business goals.

Expect to develop tools that boost engineering productivity, promote reliable operations, and mentor peers in technical design—contributing to Rad AI’s mission to transform healthcare with AI.

Qualifications

• Strong production experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native apps.
• Proficiency in Python and Bash for tooling and automation.
• Experience with IaC tools (Terraform, Pulumi, CDK) and AWS/GCP.

Responsibilities

• Architect and evolve our cloud infrastructure for scalable products.
• Collaborate with ML, data science, and product teams to shape vision.
• Develop tooling to improve developer productivity and reliability.
• Lead incident response and blameless post‑mortems.
