Job summary

Code and Theory is seeking a senior cloud engineer who will own the full lifecycle of enterprise deployments, from assessment to production. You will engage directly with client DevOps teams and translate security/compliance requirements into concrete infra decisions.

You'll build on a platform connecting our AI product to client environments across GCP, AWS, and Azure, designing reliable integrations, provisioning environments with Terraform and Helm, and operating them at scale in production.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of cloud engineering experience across GCP, AWS, or Azure.
• Deep Terraform experience: multi-environment, multi-tenant production infra.
• Production Kubernetes/Helm experience: deploy, debug, scale, secure containers.

Responsibilities

• Assess client cloud infra, data stack, and security perimeter; translate findings into an integration plan.
• Design and provision client environments using Terraform; manage networking, IAM, and secrets across clouds.
• Deploy and operate LLM inference pods in client environments; ensure reliable API integration and latency management.
• Build and maintain integration layers connecting client data sources to the AI layer.
• Deploy and maintain containerized workloads via Helm in client clouds; manage ETL workers and AI pods.
• Own end-to-end data pipeline deployments; manage scheduling, pagination, and retry logic.
• Enforce data residency; raw data stays in client environment; only structured output leaves.
• Serve as primary technical contact for client DevOps and infrastructure teams.
