Job summary

Reqiva is seeking a Senior DevOps / Cloud Infrastructure Engineer to own the infrastructure behind a fast-growing AI SaaS platform. This hands-on role focuses on designing reliable cloud environments, automating processes and enabling engineering teams to move quickly and safely.

You will build and maintain AWS-based infrastructure, implement IaC with Terraform/Terragrunt, improve CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows, and drive production reliability, observability, security and cost

Qualifications

• Experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and scalable architectures.
• Proficient with Terraform and Terragrunt for IaC.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerised environments.
• Strong background in CI/CD pipeline design and automation.
• Familiarity with GitOps principles and tooling.
• Strong monitoring, logging, and observability practices.
• Proven ability to ensure production reliability and incident response.
• Knowledge of cloud security, IAM and infrastructure compliance.
• Scripting and automation using common languages.

Responsibilities

• Architect, build and maintain secure, scalable infrastructure on AWS.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines and GitOps workflows.
• Automate manual infrastructure and deployment processes.
• Own production reliability, observability and incident response.
• Define and monitor SLIs, SLOs and other reliability measures.
• Improve security, IAM, compliance and access controls.
• Support SOC 2 and GDPR-related infrastructure requirements.
• Monitor cloud usage and identify opportunities to optimise AWS costs.
• Collaborate with backend and ML engineers to scale platform.
• Help create an infrastructure platform that enables rapid engineering delivery.
