Job summary

Virtusa is seeking a DevOps Architect Technical Lead to design scalable cloud infrastructure and enterprise CI/CD platforms. The role emphasizes IaC, security, and high availability while mentoring DevOps engineers and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

The candidate will manage AWS, Azure, and GCP environments, implement Terraform/OpenTofu pipelines, and lead Kubernetes platforms with observability and automated failover strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience leading DevOps architecture in cloud environments.
• Strong knowledge of IaC and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience with containerized platforms and security practices.

Responsibilities

• Design scalable fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Architect reusable CI/CD pipelines with testing and security checks.
• Establish Infrastructure as Code standards using Terraform, OpenTofu or Pulumi.
• Design enterprise Kubernetes platforms including EKS and AKS.
• Implement DevSecOps practices including SAST/DAST and secrets management.
• Lead architecture reviews and mentor DevOps engineers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable cloud platforms.
• Maintain documentation and deployment standards.
