Job summary

Quantiphi is seeking a highly experienced Lead DevOps Engineer to drive scalable, secure cloud platforms and modern release workflows. You will lead design and implementation of GitOps pipelines, IaC with Terraform, and robust Kubernetes operations across Azure and GCP environments.

You will collaborate with product and engineering teams, champion Agile practices, and mentor peers, while focusing on cost optimization and observability to support rapid, reliable delivery.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in software engineering, cloud infrastructure or related fields.
• 5+ years in DevOps with automation, cloud-native tech and CI/CD.
• 2+ years in release management for platforms or libraries.
• Strong Azure and GCP experience.
• Terraform IaC, Kubernetes administration and observability tooling.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement and maintain GitOps and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, ArgoCD).
• Oversee release management and streamline platform/library updates.
• Collaborate to standardize automated release workflows.
• Build and manage IaC using Terraform for cloud resources.
• Administer and optimize Kubernetes clusters; guide teams on usage.
• Develop and maintain logging with OpenTelemetry.
• Improve cloud cost governance and security automation.
• Lead migration efforts from Azure to GCP and enforce policy compliance.
