Job summary

National Life Group in Addison, TX is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer – Cloud & Identity to safeguard our cloud platforms and identity services.

You will strengthen Azure Entra ID, Active Directory, MFA, Intune, and Microsoft 365 security controls while partnering with Security, Infrastructure, and Audit teams to uphold compliance and risk management.

The role is primarily onsite with four core days in the office weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of related experience, or advanced degree with 5+ years.
• Experience securing Microsoft Azure cloud environments and Entra ID.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 security controls.
• Experience configuring Entra Conditional Access policies and MFA controls.

Responsibilities

• Engineer and maintain security controls across Azure and related cloud services.
• Manage identity and access across Entra ID and Active Directory.
• Implement privileged access management and MFA controls.
• Collaborate with security and infrastructure teams to meet audit requirements.
