Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Principal Architect - Cloud Foundation to lead cloud foundation architecture and delivery for enterprise clients. You will work with sales and services to shape solutions, mentor teams, and drive secure, DevOps-aligned implementations.

The role is remote for US-based candidates, with compensation ranging from $180,000 to $220,000 annually, and a strong emphasis on SME leadership and hands-on depth.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in cloud foundation solutions architecture.
• 10+ years with virtualization and associated products in enterprise settings.
• 8-10+ years of progressively responsible technical experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Required certifications: Broadcom Knight, VMware Certified Advanced Professional

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture and solution delivery for cloud foundation projects.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in cloud foundation.
• Provide leadership for SDDC, cloud management, and network virtualization solutions.
• Demonstrate proficiency in PowerShell, PowerCLI, Python, and JavaScript.
• Apply knowledge of DevOps methodologies and security best practices.
• Mentor and develop other architects and consultants.
• Partner with sales teams to identify professional services opportunities
