Job summary

UKG is seeking a Sr Staff Cloud FinOps Analyst to embed financial accountability and cost optimization into our cloud strategy. You will partner with engineering, finance, and business leaders to deliver actionable insights and standardize governance across the enterprise.

You will lead long-range plans and monthly forecasts for cloud cost (GCP, AWS, Azure), drive cost-to-serve insights for pricing, tagging, and unit-cost visibility, and enable engineers with dashboards and anomaly triage.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FinOps or cloud financial management roles.
• Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with GCP billing concepts.
• Experience with multi-cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure).

Responsibilities

• Governance and budgeting for cloud cost, including forecasting and reporting.
• Act as the resident FinOps practitioner driving cloud governance and accountability.
• Define long-range plans and monthly forecasts for GCP cost and usage.
• Provide cost-to-serve insights to inform pricing and capacity planning.
• Drive tagging, allocations, and unit-cost visibility across services.
• Coordinate tooling access and implementation for cost management and reporting.
