Job summary

UKG is seeking a Sr Staff Cloud FinOps Analyst to embed financial accountability and cost optimization into our cloud strategy. You will partner with engineering, finance, and business leaders to deliver actionable insights, forecast cloud spend, and standardize governance across the enterprise.

The role requires 5+ years in FinOps, 2+ years with GCP billing, and strong skills in Excel and enterprise financial systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FinOps or cloud financial management roles.
• 2+ years hands-on experience with GCP billing concepts.
• Experience with multi-cloud environments (GCP, AWS, Azure) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Governance & strategic leadership for FinOps across the enterprise.
• Establish long-range plans and monthly forecasts for cloud cost and usage.
• Embed cost-awareness into architecture with guardrails and cost-to-serve insights.
• Drive tagging, allocations, and unit-cost visibility across services and teams.
• Coordinate forecasting, budgeting, and reporting with engineering and finance.
