Job summary

UKG is seeking a Staff Cloud FinOps Analyst in Atlanta, Georgia. In this role, you will drive financial accountability and cost optimization, shaping engineering decisions with deep expertise in public cloud cost governance.

Your experience in FinOps, strong analytical skills, and proficiency with financial systems such as SAP and Excel will enable you to lead complex initiatives. The position offers a pay range of $102,300 to $161,755 along with a performance-based bonus plan.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in FinOps or cloud financial management roles.
• Minimum 2+ years hands-on experience with GCP (or similar – AWS, Azure) billing concepts.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and enterprise financial systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead FinOps governance and rhythms of business including forecasting and budgeting.
• Partner with engineering teams to integrate cost awareness into design decisions.
• Develop dashboards and reports for cloud cost and risk management.
