Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Staff Cloud FinOps Analyst to lead enterprise-scale cloud financial optimization across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform, private infrastructure, and emerging AI services.

This is not a traditional cloud reporting role. The successful candidate will work at the intersection of Engineering, Finance, Product, Capacity Planning, Procurement, and cloud providers to turn cost data into actionable strategies that boost efficiency, margins, and ROI.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of related FinOps, cloud economics, or analytics experience.
• Strong AWS, Azure, and GCP pricing knowledge.
• Advanced SQL, forecasting, and financial-modeling skills.
• Experience creating internal data products and applying AI to analysis.

Responsibilities

• Oversee governance and accountability for cloud cost ownership and budgeting across teams.
• Develop multi-cloud rate optimization strategies and manage RI/Spending plans.
• Build an enterprise savings pipeline including measurement and executive reporting.
• Shape AI-powered cost and usage tooling with data engineering and BI teams.
• Drive cost visibility and unit economics; advise senior leaders.
