Job summary

ECI is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer to join our technical delivery team, driving technology programs across cloud, desktop engineering escalation, and networking for a defined portfolio of clients. This role is hybrid 3 days in office / 2 remote in either LA or San Francisco.

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will work with a Client Technology Manager to drive cloud implementations, security, and networking initiatives using the latest technologies and best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology related field or 6+ years of comparable experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Windows Server and Windows 11 and cloud platforms.
• Experience with email platforms and security integrations and virtualization.
• Hands-on deployment of routing, switching, wireless, and security technologies.

Responsibilities

• Act as tier 3 escalation point for client technology management and support teams.
• Provide advanced support for cloud infrastructures (Microsoft 365/Azure, AWS, GCP) and security platforms.
• Manage enterprise mail platforms and security systems (Exchange Online, Proofpoint, Mimecast).
• Perform system maintenance, patching, and vulnerability remediation.
• Document processes, runbooks, and architecture diagrams for knowledge base.
• Lead small projects and deliver within scope with cross-functional teams.
