Job summary

ECI is seeking a Technical Architect to guide clients from engagement to implementation, building trust and ensuring solutions align with business needs. The role requires senior technical and sales acumen, with hybrid work in NYC/NJ/CT and 2 days in the office weekly.

You will lead discovery, design cloud-based platforms, and provide expertise to the sales and implementation teams, while pursuing certifications and collaborating across Product, Service, and GTM teams.

Qualifications

BA/BS degree in computer science, business, or a related field.
3+ years’ experience in a Technical/Cloud/Solution Architect, Sales Engineering, or Systems Engineering role.
Strong solutions sales skills and advanced written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to independently build relationships and communicate with senior technical staff inside and outside the organization.
Collaboration and problem-solving skills, ability to create proposals and manage time efficiently.

Responsibilities

Establish relationships with clients, partners, and GTM teams to evaluate deals and offer technical guidance.
Design and build cloud solutions to support client technology platforms.
Hold discovery meetings to gather business requirements and support the proposal for implementation.
Serve as a technical escalation point and expert on ECI solutions.
Attend trainings and obtain certifications to improve technical skills.
Collaborate with Product Management, Service, and GTM to improve products and processes.
Up to 25% travel.
Perform other duties as assigned.
