Qualifications

• 10+ years of software development experience with 5+ years in cloud engineering leadership.
• Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes and microservices in multi-cloud environments.
• Proven ability to lead teams, drive architecture and deliver scalable cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a cloud engineering team developing distributed microservices for a multi-tenant, scalable platform.
• Oversee cloud service development with a focus on performance, security, and reliability.
• Set up coding guidelines, participate in code and design reviews, and ensure high-quality automation and testing.
• Collaborate with Product Management to align development with business goals.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle, from requirements to deployment and operations.
• Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation, embracing best practices and new technologies.
• Ensure adherence to agile methodologies, managing sprints and delivery timelines.
