Job summary

Early Warning is seeking a hands-on technical leader and senior software engineer to drive architectural standards across multiple teams. You will partner with product management to define roadmaps, coach engineers, and own complex system designs, including cloud, containerization, CI/CD, and automated testing.

You’ll work with customers to improve offerings and influence engineering approaches across the organization.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Fifteen+ years in designing and developing complex software, with 8+ in FinTech.
• 1-2 years cloud app solutions with containerization, CI/CD, automation and security guidelines.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to craft technical solutions.
• Excellent public speaking and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of SDLC, Agile/Scrum/LEAN and DevOps.
• Proven design/build of complex end-to-end systems (full stack).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines: GIT, Chef, Maven, Jenkins.
• Cloud platforms: AWS, Google Cloud or Azure.
• Experience with Git, SVN, Jira, Bugzilla, Confluence.
• Background and drug screen.
