Job summary

Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Technology Consultant to drive multi-cloud engineering and DevOps leadership. You will design complex hybrid architectures bridging on‑prem KVM with public clouds, mentor engineers, and own automation across IaC tooling.

The role emphasizes collaboration, architecture governance, and ensuring high availability in a hybrid, edge-to-cloud environment. This is a hybrid US-based position with strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of cloud architecture and automation engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or 5+ years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Strong DevOps practices including containerization, automated testing, and release management.

Responsibilities

• Drive engineering of highly available multi-cloud architectures bridging on-prem KVM with public clouds.
• Design and optimize CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment frameworks.
• Lead Tier-4 escalations for Morpheus/VME and the HVM hypervisor stack (Ubuntu 24.04).
• Lead IaC development using Ansible and Terraform across cloud environments.
• Support internal build and QA environments ensuring stability for development teams.
• Author architecture docs, playbooks and technical standards to align with cloud-native best practices.
• Mentor junior engineers in DevOps and represent the team in technical forums.
