Job summary

Fieldpiece Instruments seeks a Senior Cloud and DevOps Engineer to build, operate, and scale our AWS-hosted infrastructure powering connected HVACR products and SaaS services.

You will design IaC with Terraform, automate deployments, monitor systems, and improve reliability while collaborating with software teams across locations in Orange, CA or Heber City, UT. 10% travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior DevOps/Cloud experience in enterprise environments.
• Experience with AWS infrastructure and containerized environments.
• Strong scripting in Bash/Python/PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize AWS cloud infrastructure and ECS-based environments.
• Design and maintain Terraform IaC and automated deployments.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve observability with Prometheus/Grafana/OpenSearch/CloudWatch.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and collaborate with software teams.
